WHAT BUYERS LOOK FOR

Everyday work creates
valuable business data.

You may already have useful records across the tools your team uses each day. You do not need to create new data to start a conversation.

WHY BUYERS WANT IT

AI needs to learn
how work gets done.

Your records show the conversations, decisions and actions behind everyday business tasks.

Your operating history has context

A customer request can lead to a chat, a meeting, a document and a support ticket. Together, those records can show how a team reached a decision and completed the work. Buyers use this context to train and evaluate AI on practical business tasks.

You do not need a finished dataset to enquire

Start with the systems you use, the years of history available and the kinds of records you hold. We help assess possible buyer fit before you spend time preparing an export.

Useful data comes from genuine operations. Its value depends on the type, diversity, quantity, quality and history of the records, as well as the rights to use them.

WHO SHOULD ENQUIRE

A business with history.
Data with a clear source.

Businesses and nonprofits can enquire. Each buyer has its own requirements.

You have genuine business records

Your data comes from everyday operations, with enough history and detail to show how work happens.

You can describe what is available

Tell us which systems you use and roughly how much data they hold. A technical audit is not needed to make an enquiry.

You can review the licensing rights

Your company needs the right to license the records. If that needs review, tell us in the optional overview.

AI DATA PARTNERSHIPS

We find potential buyer fit

We review your company and data overview, then help connect you with relevant AI labs, data companies and organizations building AI systems. An enquiry starts a conversation; it does not commit you to a deal.

THE DATA BUYER

The buyer prepares the data

The buyer handles preparation and de-identification, including removing personally identifiable information, under the agreed privacy, security and compliance process. Review those safeguards before you approve a transfer.

YOUR COMPANY

You approve scope and terms

Discuss the systems and history to include before export. Your original records remain yours. Most licences are non-exclusive; confirm the permitted use, privacy safeguards and payment terms in the agreement.

Fictional example. Original records stay in your systems. Only an agreed copy is filtered, then delivered for AI research and training.

BEFORE YOU START

Clear answers
before you share data.

What is a business data partnership?

We connect companies that own operational records with AI data buyers who need real business data to train and evaluate models. Records can include email, documents, chat, CRM, support tickets and billing data. Scope, terms and safeguards are agreed in writing before any export.

Which companies are the strongest fit?

Companies with several years of operating records they own and teams primarily based in the U.S. are the strongest fit. We review systems, history, ownership and available data before discussing an opportunity. Not sure? Tell us about your business anyway; the employee question on the form is optional.

Do we give up ownership of our data?

No. Your company keeps its original records and systems. Buyers license an agreed, filtered copy from you. Most licences are non-exclusive, and the agreement defines exactly what is included and how it can be used.

Can we control which systems and dates are included?

Yes. The agreed scope lists the approved systems and date ranges before any export. Your team reviews it; nothing is exported until you approve the written agreement. You can exclude anything.

Will we have to change how we operate?

No operational change is required. The buyer manages the export, filtering and delivery. Your team reviews the scope and signs in to the approved systems. No passwords are handed over.

How is sensitive information handled?

Before any sale, the buyer prepares the agreed copy in a secure workspace: sensitive material is removed, and personal identifiers such as names and contact details are removed or transformed. The useful operating history remains. You review these safeguards before approving anything.

Will AI developers receive our unfiltered records?

No. AI developers receive a filtered copy for research and training, after sensitive information has been removed or transformed. Your original records and systems remain with you.

Will our company's records be made public?

No. Buyers do not publish your source records or sell them as a report about your company. The filtered copy is used for AI research and training under the rights and restrictions in your agreement.

How is the offer determined?

Value depends on buyer demand, data type, diversity, volume, quality, years of history and licensing rights. We review the systems and dates in scope before a fixed offer is made. Submitting the form does not guarantee an offer.

What are the payment terms?

The buyer pays directly for the agreed copy; we charge you no broker fee. Your written agreement sets the amount and payment schedule before any export starts.

How long does the process usually take?

Most deals run a few months from first conversation to payment, depending on scope, rights review, contracting and export. Expected milestones are set out in writing before you commit.

What happens after we submit the form?

If your company qualifies, our team will get back to you within 60 minutes during business hours to assess buyer fit. If there is a relevant opportunity, we help connect you with the buyer. The form does not send your information to a buyer or transfer any data rights.

Do we need to upload data or share passwords now?

No. Submit your contact details and, if you choose, a short overview. Keep source records, confidential information and passwords out of this form. Data access is discussed only after you review a specific opportunity.
